The area of our sewing factory is 220 square meters. Currently the headcount of our sewing factory is 26. The factory is equipped with 40 workstations in two production lines. The first line is equipped with the machines that are in ever day use, on the second line we have special, less used machines. Every employee is capable to use both the everyday use machines and the special equipments as well, they can facilitate the work of both production lines.
The efficient production of small volume products is solved by our special machines on the second production line, hence the mass production and the small volume production is not affecting each other. Our rarely used and spare machines are stored in a dedicated area outside of the production lines.
The in-production and after production ironing is made by our hand iron machines located in the sewing factory.
The efficient production is arranged and facilitated by our factory manager and two production line leaders.
