Our pre-production activity is consisting of the quality, size and colour check of the textile commodity. The checked materials are grouped and stored according to the production’s requirements and needs.
We are using the French LECTRA company’s Lectra Modaris and Lectra Diamino clothing production design software to create the clothes’ parts pattern drawings, to plan the serial production of the different parts of the product and to print the drawings. Several Lectra software licenses are available at our company.
We can print the clothes’ parts pattern drawings up to 1620 mm width with our Lectra Alys plotters.
We can digitalize existing clothes’ parts patterns up to 1300 mm x 1600 mm size.
Our pre-production department is working for our external partners as well by creating, printing and storing the clothes’ parts pattern drawings until they are transported to our customers.
Our pre-production department is accepting orders for clothes’ parts pattern digitalization, serial production planning and creation of clothes’ parts pattern drawings.
